Too blessed to be STRESSED

Recently, I was asked by my alma mater, Saint Peter's University, to photograph the university church - Saint Aedan's Church. The experience was amazing. I am so honored to have been asked to complete the task. I also have to say that the church is one of the most ornate and beautiful places in Jersey City, in my humble opinion. Here is a shot from that day.

This image was so powerful to me, that I had to capture it. After mass, many of the parishoners stayed to pray the rosary and when that was complete folks started cleaning and caring for the church. It was during that time that the light was just right for this shot. The crucifix was lit from below with additional ambient light from candles on the altar and light from the stained glass windows above and to the rear.
